Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Expi Tours. By using our services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Payments
1.1. Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed only upon receipt of a non-refundable advance payment.
1.2. Payment Terms: Full payment must be made at least 15 days prior to the departure date. We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and other digital payment methods as specified.
1.3. Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made 15 days or more before departure: 80% refund of the total package cost.
Cancellations made 7 days before departure: 50% refund of the total package cost.
Cancellations made less than 3 days before departure: No refund.
1.4. Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days of cancellation and will be subject to the cancellation policy stated above.
2. Responsibilities and Liabilities
2.1. Expi Tours’ Responsibility: We act as an intermediary between clients and various service providers (hotels, transport services, etc.). While we ensure high-quality services, we cannot be held liable for any acts, omissions, or errors of the service providers.
2.2. Client’s Responsibility: Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents (passport, visa, etc.), personal health, and safety during the tour. Any loss, injury, or damage incurred due to negligence or failure to comply with instructions is the client’s responsibility.
2.3. Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost baggage.

3. Changes to Itinerary
3.1. Modifications by Expi Tours: While we strive to adhere to the planned itinerary, we reserve the right to make changes due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, etc.). Any significant changes will be communicated to clients promptly.
3.2. Client-Initiated Changes: Requests for changes in the itinerary by the client must be made in writing and are subject to availability and additional charges.

4. Conduct and Behavior
4.1. Client Conduct: Clients are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly during the tour. Any form of misconduct, harassment, or illegal activity will result in immediate termination of the tour, with no refund.
4.2. Damage and Loss: Clients will be held liable for any damage or loss caused to property or services provided during the tour.

5. Privacy Policy
5.1. Personal Information: We are committed to protecting your personal information. Any data collected will be used solely for booking and travel-related purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

6. Dispute Resolution
6.1. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
6.2. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved amicably. If a resolution is not possible, the dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mysore, Karnataka.

7. Miscellaneous
7.1. Force Majeure: Expi Tours shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, and government restrictions.
7.2. Amendments: Expi Tours reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes prior to their tour.
