Day 1- Transfer from Bangalore to Mysore | Welcome to the City of Palaces

Upon your arrival in Bangalore, our representative will extend a warm welcome and accompany you on a scenic journey to Mysore.
The journey is scenic, and you can enjoy the beautiful views of the countryside along the way.
Once you reach Mysore, check in to your hotel and freshen up before heading out for sightseeing.

The first place to visit in Mysore is the Mysore Palace, also known as the Amba Vilas Palace. This magnificent palace was once the residence of the Wodeyar dynasty and is now one of the most popular tourist attractions in Mysore.
The palace has beautiful architecture, intricate carvings, and stunning artwork that will leave you awestruck.
After visiting the palace, head to the Chamundi Hills, which is located around 13 km from Mysore.
Visit the Chamundeshwari Temple there, which is dedicated to Goddess Chamundeshwari and is a popular pilgrimage site in Mysore. The view from the top of the hills is breathtaking, and you can see the entire city of Mysore from here.
Next, head to the Brindavan Gardens, which is located around 19 km from Mysore. The gardens are spread over an area of 60 acres and are famous for their symmetrical design and musical fountains.

Day 2 - Coorg Sightseeing | Get Up Close and Personal With Elephants Madikeri

Start your day with a hearty breakfast at your hotel in Mysore before you embark on your journey to Coorg.

After breakfast, transfer from Mysore to Coorg, which is located around 120 km away and takes around 2-3 hours by road. Coorg is a scenic hill station in Karnataka, known for its coffee plantations, waterfalls, and scenic views.
Once you reach Coorg, check in to your hotel and freshen up before heading out for sightseeing.
The first place to visit in Coorg is the Dubare Elephant Camp, which is located around 15 km from the town of Kushalnagar.
Here, you can interact with elephants, bathe them, and even take a ride on their backs. The camp also offers guided tours, where you can learn about the lives of these gentle giants.
After visiting the elephant camp, head to Abbey Falls, which is located around 8 km from Madikeri, the main town in Coorg.

Next, visit Raja's Seat, which is a beautiful garden located in the heart of Madikeri.

Day 3 - Explore Coorg | Get Lost In The Aroma of Coffee

Start your day with a delicious breakfast at your hotel in Coorg.
After breakfast, head to a nearby coffee plantation for a tour.
Coorg is famous for its coffee plantations, and a visit to one of these plantations will give you a glimpse into the history and cultivation of coffee in the region. You can also sample freshly brewed coffee and purchase some to take back home.
Next, visit Talacauvery, which is located around 48 km from Madikeri.
Talacauvery is the source of the river Cauvery, which is considered sacred by the locals. The site is marked by a temple and a small pond, where visitors can take a dip and seek blessings.
After Talacauvery, head to Bhagamandala, which is located around 8 km away.

Day 4 - Departure from Mysore | Take a Bagful of Happy Memories!

After breakfast, it's time to hit the road for your journey to Bangalore. The drive will take you through some scenic countryside, and you'll pass through small towns and villages along the way.

The journey from Coorg to Bangalore is around 260 km and will take around 5-6 hours, depending on traffic.
On the way to Bangalore, make a stop at Bylakuppe, a Tibetan settlement that is located around 80 km from Mysore. Bylakuppe is home to a large Tibetan refugee community, and visitors can explore the colorful monasteries and experience Tibetan culture.
While in Bylakuppe, be sure to visit the Namdroling Monastery, which is the largest Tibetan settlement in India.
The monastery is home to over 5,000 monks and nuns and is known for its stunning architecture, intricate carvings, and colorful frescoes. Visitors can also witness the daily rituals and prayers of the monks.
